Exclusion of Returns for Non-Compliant Products
Returns of used, modified, or damaged products will not be accepted.

Application of the Right of Return
Consumers have the right to return a product without providing any reason within 14 days from the date on which the product was physically received by the consumer or a third party designated by them (excluding the courier). If the deadline falls on a public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

How to Exercise the Right of Return
To exercise the right of return, it is necessary to send a notification to the email address shop@tillotallo.it.
Once the notification has been received, we will confirm receipt and provide the return form, which must be completed in its entirety. The right of return is considered validly exercised if the notification is sent before the 14-day deadline expires.

Returning Products
In the case of a return, the consumer is required to return the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date of the return notification. The deadline is considered met if the products are shipped before the expiration of the 14-day period.

The costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer.

The products must be accompanied by the return form received with the order, duly completed with all the information required to identify the order.

Issuing the Refund
The refund will be issued only after the returned products are received or, alternatively, after the consumer has provided adequate documentation proving that the products have been returned.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. In any case, no fees will be charged to the consumer for processing the refund.
